Lads, there's three things you need to master to fix your marriage, become a better father, and finally get real work-life balance. Just three. If she's stopped respecting you, if she's on your case about working too much, if the bedroom's gone cold, if you're walking on eggshells in your own house — these three things are where it starts.
I know because I lived the alternative. Years ago I was the guy trying to save a failing marriage and nothing worked — not the money, not the gym, not trying to be whatever I thought she needed. I flew both our families to Bali, dropped $70,000 on the wedding, and within weeks it was unraveling. Constant arguments. Chaos. Then she told me she wanted full access to my accounts because she was my wife now. That was the moment it clicked — I'd lost my frame completely. I filed for divorce the next morning.
After that, I went all in. Books, podcasts, six figures into masterminds with guys who actually understood this. And once I applied it, everything changed. Today I live with two wives, my daughter, and a life that actually works — not a fairy tale, but the best version of family, work, and everything else I've ever had.
Here's the breakdown.
Problem One: You're Killing Your Own Attraction Without Noticing
Think back to when you met her. Confident. Decisive. A little unpredictable. She was into what you had to say, and you had frame without even trying. Then slowly it erodes — she starts talking down to you, stops appreciating what you provide, the bedroom goes quiet, and you don't notice because you're too busy handing over your frame to be the "nice guy."
Our grandfathers never thought about any of this. They just led. We got raised on different messaging entirely, and none of that is your fault — but it is your responsibility to fix now. The fix starts with identifying the unconscious habits that gave your frame away in the first place, and rebuilding from there.
Problem Two: You're Sacrificing Yourself to Provide, and It's Backfiring
You grind all day, carry the financial weight, skip your health, and by the time you're home there's no energy left — and instead of peace, you're managing complaints about working too much. You end up burnt out, out of shape, and disconnected from the exact family you're doing all this for.
The fix is building an unshakable foundation across three pillars: health, wealth, and relationships. Balance those and everything downstream changes — energy, respect, presence, all of it.
Problem Three: You Think You Can Outsmart Low Self-Worth
This one hit me hardest. I was closing deals, making money, successful by every outward measure — and still walking around governed by my woman's moods, replaying arguments at work, coming home to chaos and questioning everything I'd built. Success got me in the door. It never replaced actual self-worth.
The fix is mastering your inner game — building a mind that isn't controlled by what's happening around you. When your internal state stops depending on her mood, everything shifts. Respect goes up. Presence goes up. And she stops being able to see how scared you are of losing her, because you're not anymore.
Where This Actually Leads
I've worked with guys across every version of this — entrepreneurs with everything on paper except peace at home, men who'd spent years just trying to keep things calm by giving in, guys questioning whether the whole thing was worth saving. The common thread every time was the same three problems, and the same fix.
There are two types of guys reading this. One does nothing, hopes it gets better, and watches it get worse instead. The other decides to actually fix it before it's too late.
If You're the Second Guy
I don't teach this from theory. I paid to rebuild this in myself first, and I only work with a small number of men directly, one-on-one, because this isn't something you skim through — it's a real rebuild of your frame, your foundation, and your inner game.
Disclaimer: We don't work with guys who aren't willing to invest to actually fix this. The purpose of this call is to see if we are a good fit to work together — it isn't therapy. If you're serious about doing the work, click the link above to book a call. If you're not there yet, no hard feelings — keep reading, and we'll see you when you are.
All the best, lads.
